Arrest Warrants
An arrest warrant is a court order that authorizes law enforcement officers to arrest a person. Arrest warrants are typically issued when a person has been charged with a crime, but they can also be issued for other reasons, such as a probation or parole violation.
Arrest warrants are issued by judges. To obtain an arrest warrant, a law enforcement officer must submit an affidavit to the judge that sets forth the facts and circ*mstances of the alleged crime. The judge will then review the affidavit and decide whether or not to issue the warrant.
Arrest warrants can be served anywhere in the United States. When an arrest warrant is served, the person named in the warrant is taken into custody and brought before a judge. The judge will then decide whether to release the person on bail or keep them in jail until their trial.

Bail Bonds
Bail is a sum of money that a person accused of a crime must pay to the court in order to be released from jail while awaiting trial. The purpose of bail is to ensure that the person will return to court for their trial.
Bail is typically set by a judge. The amount of bail is based on a number of factors, including the severity of the crime, the person’s criminal history, and their ties to the community.
If a person cannot afford to pay bail, they can hire a bail bondsman. A bail bondsman is a person who agrees to pay the bail for a defendant in exchange for a fee. The fee is typically 10% of the bail amount.
Once the bail has been paid, the person will be released from jail. They must then return to court for their trial. If the person fails to appear for their trial, the bail will be forfeited and the person will be arrested and returned to jail.
