How do I reset my dignity health password? ›

If you need to reset your password, you can conveniently do it within My Portal by Dignity Health. Simply click on the Forgot Password button and follow the instructions sent to your email or phone number to regain access to your account.

SANTA CRUZ, CA (January 8, 2020) – Today, Dignity Health, a healthcare provider system, and Sutter Health Plus, a not-for-profit HMO affiliated with Sutter Health, announced the signing of agreements to add Dignity Health Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz to the Sutter Health Plus network effective Jan. 1, 2020.

What was Dignity Health before? ›

In 1986, two congregations of the Sisters of Mercy joined their ten hospitals together, forming Catholic Healthcare West. In 2012, we changed our name to Dignity Health to better describe what we stand for. Dignity is something everyone is born with.
