How do I reset my dignity health employee self service password? ›

If you need to reset your password, you can conveniently do it within My Portal by Dignity Health. Simply click on the Forgot Password button and follow the instructions sent to your email or phone number to regain access to your account.

This will be a one-time payment of up to $1,500 for workers at hospitals, nursing homes/SNFs, and medical groups that are affiliated with a hospital system (like Kaiser Permanente and the Dignity Health Foundation).

Visit the ESS password reset website: https://www.essmembers.com:9443/passwordreset and follow the simple instructions. A new password will be emailed to you within minutes.

You become a participant in the Dignity Health Pension Plan on the first of the month after you complete a year of eligibility service, which is 1,000 hours in the twelve consecutive months following your hire date.

After one year of service in which you have worked 1,000 hours, you are eligible for matching funds of $. 5 for each $1 you contribute. You are 100% vested in matching contributions after 5 years of service during which you have worked 1,000 hours each year.

Full-time workers will receive $1,000 and part-time workers will receive $750. You can get up to an additional $500 if your employer also provides a bonus above those amounts any time 12/1/2021-12/31/2022.
